We could not let you suffer any more Jake, you gave a good fight but we cannot let you suffer anymore, you mean too much to us to let you go on..

Thank you Jake for everything you did for me in the show ring. You got us Top Puppy in the UK, 37 out of 39 shows you got Best Puppy in Breed plus many In Show. Your Junior Warrant in just 3 months, and the day I will never forget when you won the Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed then Group 4.

You never needed me at the end of your lead – you could have gone in the ring alone, you were a true showman and a champion in our eyes.

Now your pain has gone, go and find your old friends and rest in peace our beautiful blue boy.

April 2008 – We are so proud of our first home bred bearded collie Emi who won her first Challenge Certificate and Best Of Breed under top all-rounder judge Albert Wight at W.E.L.K.S.

July 2009 – Maraval Mayora wins her 2nd Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed at Windsor Championship Dog Show under Breed Specialist Mike Lewis.

August 2009 – Emi won her 3rd Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed under Breed Judge Audrey Hicks. She also took Group 1 under all-rounder Claire Coxall at Paignton Championship Show.

“Maraval Mayora. What a surprise package this turned out to be, she was the one that caught me from first inspection. She looked so good that I thought there must be something wrong… but there isnt. A brown heading right to the top, oozes Beardie quality at its very best. I loved everything about her, she was in full coat, has the shape, head quailty, right expression and glides round the ring as though floating, it looks that easy. In the challenge she pulled out all the stops and I couldn’t resist her, despite the class of the opposition.”

Edward has taken a back seat in his show career due to concentrating on Emi and also while he grows a new jacket. But most importantly, he has terrible trouble keeping still long enough!! We are looking forward to showing him later on in 2009.
